What are the terms of delivery for DietBon?
You receive a monthly delivery. In Ireland,Netherlands, Germany and Italy : Monday to Friday on the day of your choice! On the morning of your delivery (at 7 am) you will receive both a text and email confirmation informing you of its precise 1 h time slot.
DPD, specialized in the delivery of food products, delivers to your specified address. At home or office (if you are absent, you will receive your delivery the next day) Pick up or shop (to pick up within 7 days)

How can I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail the evening before your delivery at 6:30 pm lnforming you that the parcel has been sent. There is a link in the email which allows you to track your delivery

What if none of the proposed slots when I are suitable when I confirm my order?
You can contact our customer service by e-mail at contact@DietBon.com or by phone at 02038850584. They will make every effort to ensure you have a delivery slot which matches your availability.

What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
If you are unavailable to take possession of your order, we ask you to check our delivery terms and contact us by phone at 02038850584.

What should I do with the packaging when I receive my delivery?
In order to meet our environmental responsibilities, all our packaging can be recycled (including the cardboard boxes as well as the product packaging).

Can the product content be changed?
It is possible to modify the products in your order before the delivery is despatched. You can do this by logging into your account


How to register on the DietBon website?
You can register on the site www.DietBon.fr by creating your customer account (access at the top of all pages of the site).

What is my customer account for?

How does DietBon ensure my perosnal information remains confidential and protected?
DietBon fully undertakes to keep your confidential information stored securely according to the terms and conditions in place.


What methods of payment are accepted for DietBon orders?
Order payments can be made by credit card (Paybox secure payment system) or by check. If you decide to pay by check, your order will be prepared once we have received your check.

Are my payment details stored securely?
Your payment details are stored on Paybox, a secure platform used by all the main internet retailers.

Can I pay for my program in installments?
You can pay for a 2 or 3 month program in THREE installments without any additional costs.

Nutrition and Health

What is the glycemic index of a food?
The glycemic index of a food is its ability to raise blood sugar (glucose) in the blood.

What physical activities are recommended to lose weight?
We recommend physical activity to support both your weight loss and your health. It does not need to be difficult! It is simply a question of exercising regularly (2 or 3 hours a week) without too much effort: swimming, walking, cycling but also gardening or DIY.

What is a low calorie diet?
A distinction is commonly made between low calorie or low calorie diets (800 to 1200 Kcalories) and very low calorie diets (450 to 800 Kcalories).

How are the DietBon recipes designed?
The recipes for our DietBon meals are the result of the unique combination of our experienced chefs and the nutritional specifications set up by our R & D team in terms of controlling the intake of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibre and micronutrients

Can I add seasoning (salt, pepper, ...) to DietBon dishes?
You can season your DietBon fresh dishes with salt and pepperas well as herbs and spices. You can also add a small quantity of garlic, onions and shallots.

How should DietBon products be stored?
DietBon main meals as well as breakfasts and biscuits should be kept at room temperature. The Consumption Limit Dates (DLCs) for DietBon products are written on their packaging.

How much water should you drink during a DietBon program?
It is important to drink 1.5 to 2 litres of still or sparkling water during the day. Minereal rich waters such as magnesium or bicarbonate are recommended.

Do DietBon products contain GMOs?
None of the products in the DietBon range contain GMOs.

Do DietBon products contain preservatives?
None of the products in the DietBon range contain any preservatives.

What if I have allergies?
You can consult the list of ingredients in each product sheet. This list details (in bold font) the list of allergens contained in the product as per the new EU directive.

The programs

What is the DietBon method?
The DietBon method aims to support you with weight loss through a unique approach which combines pleasure, efficiency and practicality. It is based on three key elements:

  • calorie-controlled menus;
  • high quality portion-controlled meals which are delicious and nutritionally complete;
  • personalized support by registered and experienced dieticians.

Are DietBon programs high protein programs?
No, DietBon programs are not so-called "high protein" programs. Proteins are nevertheless provided in sufficient quantity (between 1 and 1.2 g per kg ideal weight per day) in order to preserve muscle mass during your weight loss program.

How is my DietBon program designed?
In order for us to customise our Dietbon program for you, please complete an assessment. This will then allow us to create a unique program for you which is adapted to your needs and your objectives. You are then free to choose the meals that make up your menus or we can guide you with your choices.

How much weight can you lose on a DietBon program?
The weight loss on our programs depends very much on the individual. Nevertheless, a woman between the ages of 30 and 40 whose ideal weight is 60 kg loses on average between 1 and 2 kg per week depending on the program. For a man of the same age with an ideal weight of 75 kgs, the weight loss is between 1.5 and 3 kgs per week. It should be underlined that this is generalised information the program can be adjuted for you once you have completed your assessment. The completion of the assessment allows you to define the weight loss objectives for your program.

What are the different stages of DietBon programs?
The DietBon scientific and medical team advocates programs that allow for progressive and realistic weight loss, with the goal of achieving a weight that you will be able to maintain in the long term with our stabilization program. It is recommended to start with a of weight loss program (1200 or 1500 calories depending on your individual needs and objectives) and then continue with a phase during which the weight loss will be slower but which will gradually reintroduce all the food groups in order to ensure you have a healthy and balanced food plan.

When you start with a 1200 calorie program, do you then have to follow a 1500 or 1800 calorie program?
Yes, these stabilization phases are necessary to maintain long-term weight loss, as is the follow-up of a doctor or dietitian. During these phases, you gradually reintroduce the carbohydrate-rich food and re-learn how to eat healthily. These steps are therefore essential; especially if you lost a lot of weight during your 1200 or 1500 calorie programs

How to organize my menus during the week?
Each DietBon program is characterized by specific daily menus. It is important, in order for your program to be effective, to respect the recommendations and not to skip meals. You will find on tips on our website to help you follow your program.

How is the reintroduction of food done in terms of the different programs?

The 1200 calorie program contains a total of 80 g of protein per day: animal protein via fresh dishes, vegetable proteins via breakfast products and bars, about 15 g of fats, mainly mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids thanks to the inclusion of ELSIOL oil, as well as fiber and vitamins and minerals through vegetables and dairy products. Carbohydrates are carefully controlled at this stage: about 100g per day. Foods rich in glucides are then reintroduced progressively by including more whole grains for the 1500 calorie program and then more carbohydrates and an additional portion of fruit for the 1800 calorie program (for women).

Can I choose which dishes to include in my program?
You can of course choose the products that will constitute your menus for the day. If you want your menus to consist solely of DietBon products, DietBon can help you order and choose products in just two clicks.

What can I drink during the DietBon program?
It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the day (between 1.5 and 2 litres). You can also drink green tea or light black tea, coffee (2 cups per day maximum) and herbal teas and infusions. It is important not to sweeten your drink, a sweetener can be used if necessary to help you reduce your sweet tooth over time

How can I avoid additional snacking?
The Dietbon programme already contains a snack which should help you avoid needing additional snacks. You can also divide your snack into 2 parts to be eaten at different times if necessary. Eat slowly while drinking regularly.

What is the impact of DietBon programs on my other health indicators(cholesterol, blood pressure, etc ...
The improvement in metabolic parameters is mainly related to weight loss. Experts agree that a primary goal for people with BMI> 30 is to lose 10% of their initial weight in order to lower the risk of developing chronic diseases associated with obesity.

Do I have to weigh myself every day during a DietBon program?
It does not make sense to weigh yourself every day during weight loss program : first because your weight varies during the day; then because the weight loss is not about a particular day! It is essential to set progressive and reasonable weight loss goals for your weight loss program and then to assess this with a weekly weigh in. Our team of dieticians are here to help you determine your successive weight goals and design a personalized program based on your nutritional assessment.

Can I follow the DietBon program with my partner and my family?
Yes of course, you can follow your program as a couple or as a family but each person wishing to order a program must create their own account on the site and complete the assessment so they can benefit from the personalized accompaniment by our dieticians.

Is exercise recommended when following a DietBon program?
Exercising, even for a short period of time, as long as it is performed regularly, is an important factor in the success of your weight loss program. Complete your assessment and then access the physical activity page via your customer account in order to have information and advice on physical activity according to the programs.

Can my doctor or dietician presecribe a DietBon program?
DietBon programs do not require a medical prescription. However, it is important to be followed by a doctor or dietician as part of your program because the accompaniment is a key factor of success ... And our dieticians are available to support and advise you.

Is DietBon suitable for all ages?
DietBon programs are suitable for all ages, except in specific cases. However, people under the age of 18 or over 70 should first have a consultation with a doctor or dietician.

Can I follow a DietBon program if I have high blood pressure? if I have high cholesterol?
DietBon programs are actually prescribed for high blood pressure or cholesterol. It is nevertheless advisable to talk to your doctor.

Can I take a DietBon program if I have type 2 diabetes?
We recommend in this instance that you discuss this program with your doctor to to confirm you can follow the program and in particular to monitor oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin according to your blood sugar control.
